Privacy Policy of Saleri Aftermarket S.p.A.

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, Saleri Aftermarket S.p.A., with registered office in Lumezzane – Via Ruca No. 406, in its capacity as “Data Controller”, is required to provide information regarding the use of the User’s Personal Data.

1. Types of Personal Data Collected
   The Personal Data collected by Saleri Aftermarket S.p.A. through its website are: the user’s first name, last name, and e-mail address.

2. Source of Personal Data
   Personal Data are collected by recording the information provided directly by the User, as the data subject, when completing the registration form in the “CONTACTS” section.

3. Purpose of Processing
   Personal Data are processed exclusively to respond to information requests submitted by the data subject through the aforementioned form.

4. Methods of Processing Personal Data
   Personal Data are processed using IT and/or electronic tools, with organizational methods strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

5. Mandatory or Optional Nature of Providing Personal Data
   Personal Data may be freely provided by the User. The data requested by the Company are mandatory and, without their provision, Saleri Aftermarket S.p.A. would be unable to provide the service. User consent is not required for the processing of personal data.

6. Categories of Recipients Who May Receive or Access the Data
   Personal Data may be accessed exclusively by individuals appointed to respond to information requests.

7. Data Retention Period
   Data are processed for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. After that, the Data will be deleted.

8. Rights of the Data Subject
   We also inform you that Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation grant data subjects specific rights. In particular, data subjects may obtain from the Data Controller, with regard to their personal data: access (Art. 15); rectification (Art. 16); erasure – right to be forgotten – (Art. 17); restriction of processing (Art. 18); notification in case of rectification, erasure, or restriction (Art. 19); data portability (Art. 20); right to object (Art. 21); and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22). Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority at any time.
